How do I get my test results?
Results are delivered to your secure online dashboard within 1-3 business days after your lab visit. You'll receive an email notification when your results are ready.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
No. LevelPanel provides the required physician order through our independent network of board-certified doctors. No separate doctor visit is needed.
What if I have questions about my results?
We recommend sharing your results with your primary care physician for interpretation and guidance. For critical results, a physician from our network will contact you directly.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before your lab visit. Once a specimen has been collected, the testing process has begun and refunds are generally not available.
